Barbecue Mafia is thrilled to announce an exclusive sausage class, led by sausage guru Steve Lind from Big Bad Smallgoods. This hands-on workshop will take participants on a journey through the world of sausages, covering everything from meat selection and spices to the science and art behind creating the perfect snag.


Taking place on Saturday July 13th from 9am to 11:30am at our restaurant at COORPAROO AFL CLUB, BIRUBI ST, COORPAROO, the class promises an unforgettable experience for sausage enthusiasts. Upon arrival, attendees will be treated to a breakfast sausage and coffee, setting the tone for a day filled with flavour and knowledge.


Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to get their hands dirty as they learn the techniques of stuffing, grinding, filling, and smoking sausages. With taste tests throughout the day, attendees will have the chance to savour their creations and refine their skills.
